These terms govern use of the Ilo Sona Systems LLC website. They do not create a client relationship or replace a signed master services agreement, statement of work, order form, or other engagement document.

Informational content

Website content is general information and may change. Descriptions, prices, timing targets, and examples are invitations to discuss fit, not binding offers. An engagement begins only after the required written agreement and payment conditions are satisfied.

No outcome guarantee

We do not guarantee revenue, savings, response times, third-party platform availability, or other business outcomes. Any signed engagement will define its own deliverables, acceptance tests, dependencies, and remedies.

You may use the site for lawful business evaluation and communication. You may not interfere with the site, test or bypass its security without written authorization, submit malicious material, impersonate another person, or misuse its content.

Intellectual property

The site design, copy, and Ilo Sona Systems materials are owned by Ilo Sona Systems LLC or used with permission. No rights to client deliverables, software, trademarks, or other intellectual property are granted through website use.

Disclaimer and limitation

The site is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Ilo Sona Systems LLC disclaims implied warranties associated solely with website use and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from that use. Rights that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.
